International Orders

We’re proud to serve customers worldwide, and we still rely on Royal Mail to get your orders to you — no matter where you are.

Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location, order size, and parcel weight.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Europe: 5–10 working days
North America: 7–14 working days
Asia & Oceania: 7–15 working days
Africa & South America: 10–20 working days

Please keep in mind that customs clearance and local delivery conditions might affect how long your parcel takes to arrive.

Customs Fees: If your country charges taxes or import duties, this will be your responsibility to settle with customs. These fees aren’t included in your order total.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your parcel leaves our hands.

Processing Time

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next working day.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, but you will need to cover the new shipping fee.
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delays or Lost Parcels

We do our best to avoid any issues, but if something goes wrong:

Running Late? If your delivery seems delayed, feel free to reach out to us via email — we’ll help you check the status.
Lost in Transit? If Royal Mail confirms your package as lost, we’ll open a claim on your behalf. Once resolved, we’ll issue a refund or resend your order — whichever works best for you.
