Timeline: Once dispatched, most UK deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery speed may vary during public holidays or busy seasons.
Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package right to your door.
International Orders
We’re proud to serve customers worldwide, and we still rely on Royal Mail to get your orders to you — no matter where you are.
Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location, order size, and parcel weight.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Europe: 5–10 working days
North America: 7–14 working days
Asia & Oceania: 7–15 working days
Africa & South America: 10–20 working days
Please keep in mind that customs clearance and local delivery conditions might affect how long your parcel takes to arrive.
Customs Fees: If your country charges taxes or import duties, this will be your responsibility to settle with customs. These fees aren’t included in your order total.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your parcel leaves our hands.
Processing Time
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next working day.
