At Thegirlzkornermakeupstoreuk, we know how exciting it is to receive your beauty essentials — and we don’t take that lightly. We’ve partnered with Royal Mail to make sure your orders get to you safely, affordably, and right on time, whether you’re shopping from the UK or abroad. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Deliveries Within the UK

Carrier: We use Royal Mail Business services for all UK deliveries.
Cost: Shipping fees depend on your order’s weight, size, and location. You’ll see your exact delivery fee at checkout before making payment.
Timeline: Once dispatched, most UK deliveries arrive within 2 to 5 working days. Delivery speed may vary during public holidays or busy seasons.
Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package right to your door.

International Orders

We’re proud to serve customers worldwide, and we still rely on Royal Mail to get your orders to you — no matter where you are.

Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location, order size, and parcel weight.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Europe: 5–10 working days
North America: 7–14 working days
Asia & Oceania: 7–15 working days
Africa & South America: 10–20 working days

Please keep in mind that customs clearance and local delivery conditions might affect how long your parcel takes to arrive.

Customs Fees: If your country charges taxes or import duties, this will be your responsibility to settle with customs. These fees aren’t included in your order total.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your parcel leaves our hands.

Processing Time

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled the next working day.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, but you will need to cover the new shipping fee.
No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
